Delivery Procedure:
You agree that the products are carefully inspected after our system has processed your order to ensure that they are in good condition. Products are packaged and handed over to our reliable delivery partners after a final round of quality inspection.
 
The package is then delivered as soon as possible to you by one of our delivery partners. Our delivery partners may contact you should they face any trouble locating your address or should there be any unforseen delay.

Q: How long will it take for the order to reach me?
A: From the time of shipping, it takes 5-7 days for orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.


Q: My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
Also, you can go to My Accounts → Orders and track order status from the details page.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.


Q: What to do in case a wrong item is received or product is missing?
A: In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing in the package, please send us an email to hello@smiqo.com or call on +91-9101377719 within 5 days of the delivery date with the following details-
Order ID
Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
Details of your request/Complaint
Clear images of the products received & label on the outside package to verify the details.

In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.
Drop us an email at hello@smiqo.com or call us at +91-9101377719 within 3 days (72 hours) of the date of delivery. Our Customer delight team will resolve it at the earliest.
